Ok- catching up on August stuff...
We were fortunate to visit the Kahului Airport Fire Station with friends in early August. We surprised our two and they were awestruck at first

Plus the nice firemen gave us souvenirs! We had so much fun and an even greater appreciation for what the brave firemen do!
For Admissions Day, we headed over to Oahu to help celebrate Grandpa's 92nd birthday!
We gave C and K the option of going to the zoo or kids museum... they chose the museum...

Garrett has been playing Open League baseball this summer and Cade and I have gone to watch his games. He was thrilled to practice his hitting and wear a helmet!
His last stop before leaving was to go double check all the tires again!
On this trip, we were fortunate to be treated to two nights at the Ihilani. Thank you Aunty Jocelyn and Uncle Les for always spoiling us!

Cade LOVED the balcony! There was a lounger out there that we relaxed on. He said he liked going out there and looking at everything and listening to the ocean. (Sigh...)
We had to be careful because as soon as he heard the door open, he ran out!
It was interesting because as soon as we checked in, the kids remembered staying here last year for Lynn and Kyle's wedding. I think we need a koi pond like this in our yard!
We ventured to the Made in Hawaii show to finish up some Christmas shopping. Kenny was taking advantage of Jake's generosity!
