We spent Christmas Eve hanging out at Aunty Lisa's and working on the traditional gingerbread house.
We headed out to dinner that night for some yummy seafood!
Tried to get a pic in front of the tree, but the lights (and maybe the photographer, he he he) made it blurry
On Christmas day, we flew from Jacksonville to Dulles, Washington D.C, then over to Seattle, Washington
The kids sorta knew it was Christmas and asked about their presents, but it didn't really bother them. We figured we'd do a "Christmas day" at home after the trip. Again, the kids traveled very well. The 6 hour flight from coast to coast was long, but they slept or watched iPad.
Seattle was COLD! Cade wasn't a fan at all!
Kenny enjoying the tent Uncle Kyle and Aunty Trisha set up in the loft for them to sleep in!
On Thursday, Uncle Kyle and Aunty Trisha treated the kids to a morning at Family Fun Center. Even the adults had fun playing and challenging each other at games!
That night we braved the COLD weather and major fog to join Aunty Heather, Uncle Scott, Owen and Emma at Zoo Lights! We met them at 5:30 pm and it was this dark already!
Even though we lived in the Tacoma area for 6 years, we never went to Zoo Lights; we were excited for Kenny to go because she LOVES Christmas lights!
All bundled up and still cold! It was in the low 30's that night. Sorry Aunty Lisa- Mommy forgot to use the heated hand warmers you bought us!
Shucks- no pics of the adults again! This was the best shot of the kiddos- although a man was oblivious to our photo taking! :(
As we left the zoo, the fog was really thick in the residential area. It was scary!
